At KAAPAV, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and in pristine condition. Every piece is carefully packed in protective foam and an airtight sealed pouch to ensure zero transit damage.
1. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary free shipping on all orders valued at ₹498/- and above across India.
• Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹498/-, a flat nominal shipping fee of ₹49/- is applied at checkout.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
• Order Processing & Dispatch: All orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 36 hours of confirmation from our Bengaluru fulfillment center.
• Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India & Regional Towns: Estimated delivery within 4 to 6 business days.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery Partners
We partner with India's leading logistics providers including Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic tracking link via WhatsApp and Email to monitor your parcel in real time.
4. Parcel Inspection & Unboxing Guidelines
Important Note on Delivery: Please do not accept parcels that show visible signs of external damage or tampering by the delivery agent.
As per our Return Policy, a complete 360-degree unboxing video is required to claim any missing or damaged transit items.
5. Address Changes & Undelivered Parcels
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our support team immediately before dispatch.
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times and make phone calls to your registered number before initiating return to origin (RTO).
